It’s already a known fact that the “War on Drugs” was/is a huge fail. It’s even more of an epic waste of taxpayer dollars. Despite, popular opinion on Cannabis, our government has been slow on the uptake, but that’s not what I what I want to talk about.

I want to talk about the fact that our police force is making some very interesting moves to further the “War on Drugs” agenda. And when I say ‘interesting moves’ I mean they are doing some “in-yo-face-this-is-illegal” nonsense.

For example, let’s take a look at what’s going on with Utah. Utah Prop 2 has a vote coming up.

And for the umpteenth time:

State elections officials are warning government and police agencies about using official social media accounts to advocate for or against ballot initiatives.

Now for you devil’s advocates out there, in case you think this may be a grey area it’s not, it’s really not.

Justin Lee, the elections director for the Utah Lt. Governor’s Office, said it is a misdemeanor crime to use public resources to advocate for or against a candidate or proposition.

Then, we have wonderful, FALSE information being spread about Cannabis

As a side note: I find it interesting the PR person for the Kentucky State police is talking about Cannabis at all when:

Kentucky’s fatal opiate drug-overdose rate is twice the national average, according to the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA).

Stay in yo’ lane Kentucky police!

*in my Barak Obama voice*

Let me be clear, I simply want the police to do their job legally and I want the American people to vote unmolested.

Police departments that push any type of agenda are operating outside the law, and that my loves, is a crime.

1 Comment on Police “education” on how to Vote, is kinda illegal
